A brief description of your research, no more than 4 paragraphs long, which includes:

* The purpose and/or goal of your research,
* Requirements for the types participants you are seeking
* Any potential risks for participants,
* Where you are performing the research [university and/or location], and who is supervising your work, (if applicable)
* the anticipated deadline or expiration date for participating your study,
* What you intend to do with the results,
* Your contact information
