Abstract:

The article focuses on the role of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD)as a resource of knowledge and sensitivity for news and entertainment when dealing with gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) issues. GLAAD has long been a sensitivity go-to organization when news of a wider nature breaks.
